A: Bonita Valet Services is an elite concierge company for clientele in Naples and Bonita Springs who desire quality, extraordinary specialized attention. The Bonita Valet Services goal is not about a large quantity of clients, but rather providing high quality service to a limited, select clientele. Q: Will I be required to sign a contract for a minimum amount of time?
A: Your Bonita Valet insists on your complete satisfaction. Minimum term contracts are NOT required for any service provided by Bonita Valet Services. If you are unhappy with your service for any reason, you may discontinue at any time with no further charges incurred.
Q: How much are your services?
A: General services are a minimum $25.00 per hour, with a one hour minimum. Each additional hour is $25.00 billed in quarter-hour increments. However, for a monthly Home Watch Service plan, the fee is a minimum $25.00 per visit. Click here for more information regarding our fees.
Q: If repairs or other services are required, how are costs determined?
A: Many home watch services receive "kick-backs" or referral fees for using certain subcontractors, repairmen, or service companies. Some home watch companies will even "pad" your bill, charging you more than what a repair or service actually costs. Bonita Valet Services does NOT accept "kick-backs" or referral payments from repair or service companies, and provides original receipts for all repairs or services rendered so you can be sure you are not over paying.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept:
A: Your Bonita Valet Services accepts cash, Personal checks, as well as Visa and MasterCard payments.
Q: Will my credit card be charged a deposit fee?
A: No. Your credit card will only be charged after services are rendered, if you do not wish to pay by cash or check.
Q: Are materials, shopper expenses, and taxes included in the hourly rate?
A: No. The client is responsible for paying all additional fees on top of hourly charges.
Q: How much notice is required to utilize the Bonita Valet services?
A: Bonita Valet Services prefers as much notice in advance as possible. However, your Bonita Valet respects your busy schedule, and service requests can be completed with as little as 24 hours notice. Bonita Valet Services will do the utmost to accommodate emergency requests, although an additional service fee will be assessed at the time of payment.
Q: What if I need something not listed in your services?
A: As a full concierge service, Bonita Valet Services will provide personal assistance and professional recommendations for all your needs, as long as they are legal.
Q: Are you licensed?
A: The State of Florida does not regulate home watch (home sitting) or concierge (personal aide) services, so there is no state-level licensing. I do posess the required county occupational licensing; a copy is available for your assurance upon request. For real estate services, I am a state certified residential appraiser and a licensed real estate sales agent in the state of Florida.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, your Bonita Valet is licensed, bonded and insured. A copy of my liability insurance policy is available for your assurance upon request.
